Membership Pause & Cancellation Policy

Membership Commitment: Memberships renew automatically each month on your sign-up date.
Pausing: You may pause your membership once per year for up to 60 days with written notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds will be issued for charges that have already been processed.
How to Cancel: Log into your account and go to My Packages and Memberships, or feel free to call us or visit the spa to let us know you would like to cancel.
Unused Treatments: Any remaining treatments stay active for 30 days after your final billing date.
Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
