Membership Commitment:

Your membership renews automatically each month on your sign-up date, keeping your glow consistent.

Pausing Your Membership:

You may pause your membership once per year for up to 60 days with written notice — perfect for vacations or busy seasons.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your membership at any time.  No refunds will be issued for charges that have already been processed.

How to Cancel:

Log into your account and go to My Packages and Memberships, or feel free to call us or visit the spa to let us know you would like to cancel.

Unused Treatments:

Any remaining treatments at the time of cancellation will stay active for 30 days after your final billing date. Missed or skipped sessions will not roll over or be banked for a later date.

Refunds:

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
