Terms & Conditions

• By purchasing a Membership, members agree and acknowledge these Terms of Agreement for membership benefits at Kathy Brooks Aesthetics.

• All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.

• Rollover Privileges - Members may not rollover any unused service to the following month; or apply their membership to a gift certificate.

• Memberships are billed monthly and continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled. Your membership will automatically renew each month using the payment method on file. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and going to My Packages and Memberships, or feel free to send us an email or visit the spa to let us know you would like to cancel. No refunds will be issued for charges that have already been processed.

• Discounts - A 10% discount is given to all members on retail products.

• Memberships may not be frozen. Memberships may be shared with family or friends. Please notify Kathy Brooks Aesthetics to add the person(s) to your membership profile.

• Please notify Kathy Brooks Aesthetics of any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.

• Should you request to cancel your membership within the Membership Term, the following month will be charged in full and then your contract will be null and void.

• Limited appointment availability for Saturdays. 

• Appointment Cancellation Policy: 24 hour courtesy notice required for cancellations to ensure re-booking of service within the month time frame.

• Agree to allow Kathy Brooks Aesthetics to securely save your contact and credit card information on file for future purchases.
